Our pricing is per flight, not per person. So feel free to bring your friends, share the cost and share the experience.

You will meet your pilot inside the terminal at the Truckee Tahoe Airport, 10356 Truckee Airport Rd, Truckee, CA 96161. Walk through the two sets of doors at the main entrance of the terminal and make a left into the departures area. Look for the North Tahoe Aviation signage near the fireplace and make yourself comfortable. Your pilot will meet you here and together you will walk to the plane. If you’ve made it to the Red Truck Cafe (which has great food if you have time to eat) you’ve gone 50 feet too far.

Flights are conducted in a Cessna 180, a safe and reliable high-wing aircraft known for excellent visibility and smooth flight characteristics—perfect for sightseeing.

Up to three passengers may join per flight, plus the pilot. The total combined passenger weight cannot exceed approximately 500–550 lbs to ensure aircraft performance and safety.

We offer flights from 20 minutes, up to 60 minutes. We can also create custom routes with custom timing, let us know what you have in mind.

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under 2 years old may sit on an adult’s lap (per FAA §91.107).
Children 2 years and older must occupy their own seat with a seatbelt.

Dress comfortably and in layers. The cabin is heated, but temperatures can vary, especially in spring and fall, as well as some early mornings. Sunglasses are highly recommended.

Absolutely! Bring your camera or smartphone—our flights are designed for sightseeing and photography. Just make sure all devices are secure during takeoff and landing.

Yes! We offer custom routes, photography flights, and special occasions (such as proposals or anniversary flights). Contact us to plan a unique adventure.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the flight are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a fee unless due to weather or other safety reasons. See our full cancellation policy here.

Each passenger will wear a provided noise cancelling headset for communication.

Safety always comes first. If weather conditions are unsuitable for flying (due to wind, visibility, or storms), we’ll gladly reschedule your flight or issue a full refund.

Yes. A waiver will be signed by each passenger. Please sign the waiver before arrival at the airport. Waivers will be provided to the contact that booked the flight. The Waiver can be accessed here.

No. We operate as a Part 91.147 FAA-authorized Commercial Air Tour Operator, conducting scenic flights for hire under strict FAA safety standards.

All flights are flown by FAA-certified commercial pilots experienced in mountain and backcountry flying. Safety, comfort, and professionalism are our top priorities. Most of our pilots are also certified in emergency, wilderness medicine and experienced mountain guides.

-For safety, we may not allow flights due to various weather conditions or due to unforeseen aircraft maintenance.
-We cannot accommodate passengers under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
-We cannot accommodate groups with a total weight over 600 lbs.

Our flights are typically smooth, but please let us know if you’re sensitive to motion. The pilot can adjust altitude or route for comfort.
